Adam I., is the salesman we worked with and we felt he was great! He was able to answer all of our questions effectively and it never felt like he was trying to sell us anything we didn't need. He was really responsive and all around a good guy. Would definitely recommend working with him if you're looking for a new car!

In my previous review I was very happy with my purchase. However, as you can see on the inside of the vehicle photo which was taken the day that I bought the vehicle…. There is a warning light on. I had been at the dealership from 10am until 7:30pm. By the time I had noticed this light the dealership was closing. Furthermore, we closed the sale. I thought it was a simple sensor issue that could be easily fixed. That is not the case. I bought the vehicle on February 9th and immediately let the service manager know what was happening. I have not received any good communication and it is now April. I am literally about to cry because I just want this to be resolved. It is a check blind spot collision warning light that is on. According to Hyundai there is some collision damage. So basically Janesville Kia sold me a car that had damage which is now affecting my safety system of the vehicle. I am extremely exhausted because I’m constantly calling everyone trying to fix this and no one seems like they really want to help. The car is beautiful, but just not worth the pain and suffering I am having to deal with.

I’m very happy with my 2021 Toyota Camry! Our sales guy was Nic Blackwood and he was immensely helpful. I had been searching for the right Camry for months and I finally found this one and reached out. He got back to me right away and I came in later that week and sealed the deal. Would definitely recommend.

Have been dealing with my motor burning oil for over a year. Kia has devised a near impossible standard to qualify for a new engine. The only positive this time was Max, the customer service rep. He was understanding and genuine with his interactions. The last guy and the manager there have both lied to me so it was refreshing to deal with someone I felt was being honest.

We walked in the door and another salesman referred us to their "leasing specialist". We are trying to do an an early return of a lease for my dad and were told to come on in tonight by the sales manager that my husband spoke to. We were then told by the "leasing specialist" that the leasing agent wasn't in for an evening until next Wednesay and Thursday and he would not be able to help us per the general manager. When I asked why we were told to bring the car in tonight he said the sales manager, Adam, was under the impression we were coming in to sell it not do and early return. My husband had a detailed conversation with him about the terms on the lease, the equity in the vehicle, mileage and all the leasing info. This is our second attempt to do an early termination on this vehicle. The last time they tried to sell us another vehicle even though we have zero interest in buying another car, but I guarantee they will try when I go back in for a third time next week. We have been lied to so many times by sales staff at this dealership. We are highly irritated and disappointed that we have been treated this way.

Pretty disappointed. Made an appointment to see a car I was very interested in. I even took a day off of work to go since we live over an hour away. When we got there we were told the car we traveled over an hour away to see was sold the day before. The excuse from the dealer that we were not notified was because he was off the day before and he did not have my phone number. I asked why he didn't email me like he had been all week setting up a time for me to see the car. Dave's response was he had just emailed me 5 minutes before my appointment with him. This is very unprofessional and poor customer service. (If you know a customer has made an appointment to come and see a car and you are off the day before...wouldn't it be wise to let your other staff know that someone is interested in the car and to be notified more than 5 minutes before they are due to arrive?) Pure aggravation.
